We ship using USPS or UPS. Shipping options are available in the checkout, rates vary due to package weight and location desired. Please allow 1-3 business days for order processing. Currently we only ship to the United States and Canada.*
All expedited (Overnight and Second Day Air) orders must be received by 12 p.m. CT to ship that day. If received after 12 p.m., such orders will ship the following business day, Monday-Friday (excluding holidays).
*If shipping to Canada, please expect 2-4 weeks for the item to be delivered.
In-Store Pick Up
If you would like to pick your item up in the store, please use code "instore" for free shipping. Your item(s) must be picked up within 7 days of ordering. Online confirmation of order must be present along with the credit card used to purchase the item. Anything ordered after 3 p.m. CST will result in next business day processing.
Online Return Policy
Returns will be accepted up to 21 days from your order ship date (listed on your fulfillment email) with a completed submission of a return form. All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition they were purchased. We are unable to accept damaged merchandise for a refund or exchange. A full refund or store credit will be issued if we find the item(s) to be in good condition with all tags upon receipt of arrival. Damaged or worn items will not be accepted for a refund or store credit. Please take care when opening packages as we are unable to accept items damaged in transit or while being opened.

Gift cards ($10 and up) may be purchased online or in store and are redeemable for both locations. Gift cards do not expire and will be delivered by email to the intended recipient. For a special amount not listed on our product page, please e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org for help.
